Clear Water Car Wash

Firm:
Stricker Cato Murphy Architects, P.S.

In this strip retail environment, develop a first quality project with distinctive architectural character. This property is designated as a “Gateway Property” in the City of Lynnwood Comprehensive Plan and was once the home of the first filling station between Seattle and Everett along Highway 99.This project is designed to be environmentally sustainable. We opted to capture 80% of the water used in the washing process. This water is stored in a series of tanks, then treated and reused. The mechanical and data systems are designed to be extremely efficient and the washing process is an automated “touch less” design.
