A compact, efficient cabin for two doctors, their young children and friends.  The spaces were to provide opportunities for both gathering and for quiet repose. In its immediate environment of wetlands, forest and shoreline, the project was to respect its surroundings, sit lightly on the land and be compact, durable, efficient and flexible. The construction budget was to be $425,000, inclusive of site development costs.
