Within the shell of the former Queen Anne Elementary School gym/auditorium, a new condominium was to be created for an art collector. The original building was built in 1896, and gained Historic Landmark status in 1977. The building was then converted to condominiums in 1984. This project removed everything but the structure and shell, and reconfigure the space for improved natural light, access to the exterior, and appreciation of the original volume of space.
