When sensitively planned, the office environment can have a tremendous impact on behavior. This is not simply about aesthetics but more importantly, the cultural organization of the employees and their relationship to the natural environment as it changes over seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, or years.The challenge was to design a workplace that would enhance occupant health and productivity while reflecting its environmentally responsible vision and the eco-friendly ethos of its inhabitants.
