INITIAL PROJECT PARAMETERS: Seattle International Film Festival is attended by 165,000 cinema-goers, and SIFF now has year-round screenings and education programs including acclaimed youth outreach and the screenwriters salon. The SIFF Film Center will provide a new year-round home for their administrative and education spaces centered around “The Incubator” a new 100 seat theater inserted at the heart of the restored classic modern building overlooking Seattle Center’s International Fountain.
