Coyle Boat House

Firm:
Bosworth Hoedemaker

This project is about the re-imagining of an existing 1950’s boathouse. The CMU building was lightless and in bad repair, and because of its location within the shoreline new construction was not possible. So, without altering the height or footprint of the building, a new structure was inserted to provide a functional backdrop for beach activities and overflow guest space.
