While maximizing allowable density, develop an infill solution that saves the original single-story 1900 farmhouse and occupies the underutilized existing driveway running the length of the existing house. As the owners and residents of the existing farmhouse we recognize critical site constraints, particularly the importance of preserving access to daylight and respecting the qualities and scale of the original structure. We intend to utilize sustainable technologies and create a “custom” home for speculative purposes.
