• The program for this library includes a reading room with adult, teen and children’s areas, a community meeting room, staff work and break rooms, and structured and surface parking.

• A central design goal was to create a public gathering place and a focal point for the community.

• The circumstances of the site created particular challenges with its steep slope and location on a busy arterial.

• Completed construction cost was $2.75 million.
